Training and Accreditations

• The GSS system is only sold via installing Dealers and Accredited Installers who have undergone rigorous training and been accredited by the manufacturer (USA) and Master Distributor (SA).
  
  

• GSS's solutions come in a single ready mixed non-harmful concentrate, so that installers cannot make mistakes or take short-cuts, which is often the cause of cloudiness and crystallisation of the adhesives.
  
  
• In this way GSS can be sure of the quality of its system and the installation thereof to be able to offer and support a limited lifetime warranty that the system will not bubble, peel, discolour, crack or delaminate.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Glass Strengthening Systems ("GSS") warrants its film to be free from defects, including change of colour, peeling, bubbling, rippling, cracking, adhesive failure, and delamination.
This warranty covers film installed only on the interior side of the glass.
GSS will honor any window warranty voided by either the glass manufacturer, or the frame manufacturer, resulting from the application of GSS products, excluding manufactured defects in the glass, frame or window itself.
This warranty is not transferable. GSS reserves the right to inspect any material that is the subject of the warranty claim, to determine the nature and cause of the damage.
